Pamper her! If your Mum or mother of your children is anything like mine then she rarely stops or makes time for herself. Give her the gift of peace and relaxation this Mother’s Day. • Relaxed Family Photography in London

I absolutely loved this relaxed family photography session in London with the Denham family. I have photographed little Jackson before with his parents Michelle and Jay and his other Grandparents and family. This time it was a gift for Nan and Granddad Carol and Robert which was so lovely. I went to their home in London and photographed the family naturally around the home. Jackson is such a little character and I absolutely loved working with him again. Hopefully the family can cherish these moments of him at this age forever. Kids grow so fast, I honestly believe it's important to capture those early years. "I would say if you want a really natural relaxed photographer that puts you at ease the Danielle is perfect! Just a huge thank you for such a lovely family experience! We all had so much fun and were so pleased with the pictures!" - Michelle Denham You can check out the first relaxed family photography session I photographed with the Denham Family 2 years ago at the Grandparents home here if you would like to take a look at the memories we captured. I photograph families in a relaxed, natural and unobtrusive way either at their home like the Denham family, or on location such as a park or beach or another fun place kids can enjoy themselves and let go. I use natural light and as you can see there's no posing involved. It's all about capturing those natural connections between the family and authentic expressions from everyone. I photograph families in London and Essex. If you're looking for a relaxed family photography session to capture your family moments, just get in touch with me via the contact form and I'll send you all the information. • Natural and Relaxed Newborn Photography- Eliza

Natural and Relaxed Newborn Photo Shoot Another gorgeous natural and relaxed newborn photography session with a family that have returned again and again for photographs. Charlotte and Michael originally got in touch with me for a natural newborn photography session at home when their first-born, Matilda arrived. I also photographed Matilda's Christening and I have photographed them in the Bluebell woods as a family too! Two and a half years later and baby Eliza has arrived! And she is the perfect little sister for Matilda. She is just the prettiest little thing and it was such a pleasure to meet her and photograph the family once again. Eliza was an absolute darling and as you can see made a perfect little model for her natural and relaxed newborn photo shoot! It took a little while to get her asleep but once she was off, she slept like a dream. Being born in October, we had to incorporate something seasonal into Eliza's newborn shoot, so Charlotte got these cute little soft pumpkins made especially. They are the sweetest and also make cute decor for the home during Autumn and Halloween- especially for small children who may find all the Halloween stuff a tad scary! Matilda was great fun throughout and was so well behaved. She just wanted to have fun and play which is perfect for this type of natural and relaxed newborn photography session. It really helped bring out her true personality and meant she enjoyed the session too. Happy kids are always a winner so I find it's best to let them have a bit of fun and get them interacting with baby and Mum and Dad. It's been so lovely keeping in touch with Charlotte and the family and following their journey so far. I hope we get to capture many more memories together :) If you're looking to book a natural and relaxed newborn photography session at home, all you need to do is get in touch via my contact form here. For more information about natural and relaxed newborn photography sessions check out the newborn photography information page here. I can't wait to hear from you!

  • Natural Newborn Photography at Home - Romford

I was so excited to head back to the Drake household last year to photograph the new addition- baby Beau. I originally photographed their first born- Quinn when she was a newborn baby herself at just 4 months old, and have photographed them as a family since then too. So to be asked to return once more for the updated natural newborn photography session at home with Beau was an absolute pleasure. This natural newborn photography session took place at their family home in Romford. It was so lovely to catch up with Jennifer, Simon, Quinn and meet baby Beau. He is a little dreamboat! He was so good throughout the session and big sister Quinn was so much fun. It was so lovely that she was her natural self during the photo shoot and wasn’t afraid to have fun and be silly. It made for some gorgeous family photos of them altogether. And these are the images that I feel reflect the family authentically and naturally. It’s always a pleasure to be asked back again and again to photograph one family, follow their journey, watch them grow and capture those milestone moments. I love that I get to build these relationships with my clients and it means that they feel more comfortable around me and the camera as we get to know each other well. If you would like some more information on having a natural newborn photography session at home, check out the newborn session information page here. Or get in touch with me via the contact form here and I’ll be happy to send over my information pack for you. I cover the Romford area and all of Essex.

  • Natural Family Photography in the Woods, Essex

I was so excited when Josephine got in touch to book a natural family photography session in the woods. I photographed Josephine and David's wedding at Old Brook Barn back in 2016, so it was an absolute pleasure to be asked back again in 2019 to photograph them with their gorgeous little boy- Alexander. I just love following my couple's stories so it's always so special when they return for another milestone in their lives. Josephine organised the natural family photography session in the woods as a Christmas gift for her husband, which is so thoughtful and I truly believe memories are always the best gift! Especially during those early years with the little ones. We planned the photo shoot for April as I know that's when the woods are covered in bluebells and the family really wanted that gorgeous bluebell backdrop in the woods. We met at the woods and then went for a little walk. Alexander is the most confident and open little boy! It was so lovely to finally meet him and get to know him a little bit while catching up with Jo and Dave too. We had such a great time exploring the bluebells and playing. We managed to capture some really special natural family photography in the woods. These moments I'm sure will be treasured forever. If you're looking to book a natural family photography session in the woods or at home or another fun location, all you need to do is get in touch via my contact form here. For more information about natural family photography sessions check out the family photography information page here. I can't wait to hear from you!

  • Natural Family Photos at Home, Crouch End

In September I had the pleasure of returning to the Gold household for another natural family photo shoot at home, after the addition of baby Ezra. I originally met Vicki and Simon in 2017 when their first born, Selma was just a few months old and I photographed them at their lovely home in Crouch End together. Two and a half years later and I'm back to photograph them with baby Ezra- the cutest and most chilled little boy ever. Firstly, how cool are Selma and Ezra's bedrooms?! They are so beautifully done and I wish my bedroom was half as cool as theirs are! haha To capture these natural family photos at home, we started in Selma's bedroom and slowly moved around the house, utilising Ezra's nursery, the master bedroom and the gorgeous living area. We just let the kids play in the bedrooms and allowed them to get away with a few naughty things they're not usually allowed to do- like jump on the bed haha. But really, I just want them to feel comfortable and be themselves for these natural family photos at home. This is the best way to capture their genuine expressions and portray the real side of the family and their connections. In the master bedroom, I asked Vicki and Simon to interact with the kids and just play with them, cuddle them etc. Ezra was a little diamond and was so good throughout the session. He was quite happy to play and laugh with Mum and Dad and Selma. We just had to keep an eye on him because he is super fast on all fours haha! Selma took a little warming up but once she was used to me being there with the camera she was a little darling. We got some fantastic photos of her and Mum playing together which I feel really reflects their true relationship and are such lovely memories for them to look back on. You can also view Selma's natural family photo shoot at home in Crouch End here on the blog. If you would like some more information on having your very own natural family photo shoot at home, just get in touch with me via the contact form here.

  • Alternative Winter Wedding at Fabrica Gallery Brighton

Fabrica Gallery Brighton Wedding Venue I was so overwhelmed when Rosie got in touch and asked me to photograph her and Kourosh's wedding at Fabrica Gallery in Brighton. Rosie and I used to work in Snappy Snaps together when we were young and we always had such a laugh together with our little Snappy Snaps family. I was so touched that she asked me to photograph her wedding 10 years later, as being in the creative industry themselves, I'm sure there are plenty of people they could have asked the honours. I was SO excited to be a part of their day and meet Rosie's love- Kourosh. Rosie and Kourosh married on 30th November- right on the cusp of Christmas, so they went for a classy touch of Christmas and a winter theme with golden orange and red tones with navy. They had lots of lights to light up the venue which also had a festive and warm and cosy winter wedding feel. They really wanted an alternative Winter wedding at Fabrica Gallery in Brighton. They kept it simple and married at The Brighton Old Town Hall which is beautiful and grand in itself. We went for a stroll to the seafront and a walk through the lanes for their couple portraits which was great fun. You can't beat Brighton for an alternative and quirky backdrop. The reception venue was a gorgeous old converted chapel called Fabrica Gallery right in the heart of Brighton and a two minute walk from the Town Hall. Fabrica is the most beautiful venue with so much quirk and charm. Rosie and Kourosh with the help of lots of friends and family and amazing suppliers, decorated the venue and set it up the day before and they truly created something special. It was breathtaking to see when you walked in. The golden tones of the flowers and all the lighting created such a warmth and beauty to the huge space. The evening consisted of a pub quiz, great food, fantastic speeches, lots of laughter and some badass dancing with Jeremy Corbyn haha. It was perfect and I'm sure everything they hoped for. Rosie and Kourosh thank you so much for having us along to capture your day. It really was so heartwarming to be there and to capture so many funny and lovely memories for you. Big thanks to Sally Faith Photography for Second Shooting and helping out. There are so many options with Fabrica Gallery and you can add that contemporary twist to it which is amazing! It has stunning stained glass windows and gorgeous dark wooden original features. Fabrica Gallery is definitely a unique wedding venue and has the benefit of being located in the coolest town of Brighton- which also makes an amazing backdrop for your wedding photographs.

  • Autumn Wedding at Elsham Hall

Autumn Wedding at Elsham Hall One word- EPIC. What a day to remember. I've been SO excited about photographing Jo and Ross' wedding at Elsham Hall since day 1. They booked me before they even officially got engaged so I had to keep it on the down-low for a while haha! It's always so nice to be a part of a couples wedding who you already know and get on so well with, so I knew this was going to be awesome. It's so clear to see that Jo and Ross are the exact same- just a male and a female version of one another! haha Watching them get married and their day unfold was honestly so magical, they are so carefree and nothing phases them. They just want to live their best lives, laugh and create memories that they can cherish forever. They are so refreshing to be around to their love inspires me. Ok mushy talk over. Let's talk about how INSANE their Autumn themed wedding at the incredibly stunning Elsham Hall was. Elsham Hall is such a gorgeous Country Park and grounds up in Lincolnshire and in the Autumn it it absolutely breathtaking. Even in the pouring rain! Honestly, nothing can take away from how beautiful this place is. So where to start?! Ok firstly- Jo's dress, designed and created by the ridiculously talented Joanna Leigh Couture. I mean- there are no words to describe just how perfect this dress is for Jo and the detail and craftsmanship is something else. When I'm almost in tears as Jo put it on- you know it's a winner! She looked INCREDIBLE! Jo you are honestly so gorgeous and some might even say Ross is punching haha! The morning was so upbeat and such a great atmosphere with the bridesmaids and Jo's family. There was plenty of laughing, singing, dancing and the cutest little page boys stealing the show. Jo and Ross married the beautiful St. Hybalds church round the corner to where Jo grew up.The ceremony was so lovely and Ross and Jo got to enjoy two kisses since the first one was a bit premature haha! The rain persisted most of the day but it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. I just love Ross and Jo's positive attitudes. There was laughter and good times from the get go and all of their friends and family were such good sports and even came out for group photos and an epic confetti tunnel. The flowers by Julip Floristy were so gorgeous and really set off the Autumn theme with the black bridesmaids dresses and the Autumn tones of Elsham Hall. I absolutely love the wild look to the bouquets. Bride Beautiful at Elsham Hall did such a fantastic job of decorating the barn for their wedding breakfast. It looked incredible and really had a gorgeous warm Autumn feel to it with all the little leaf details and fairy lights. The day went so fast and before we knew it the party was starting. Jo's amazingly talented Maid of Honour - Kelly sang their first dance which was such a lovely personal touch. From this moment on- Jo and Ross did not leave the dance floor haha. They partied hard all night with all their loved ones and it really was so special to witness and be a part of. Thank you Ross and Jo for putting your trust in me to capture your day and for looking after me so well. I truly appreciate it. Massive congratulations to you both and here's to many more years of laughter, singing, dancing and epic memories. You two are awesome <3 Here is a little snippet from your day. So many more to come. I hope you love them! The team at Bride Beautiful are simply amazing and so welcoming. They offer a very personalised and unique service which is so refreshing and means you can have the exact day you want. The rustic barn is a grade II listed building and has gorgeous exposed brick walls. The gardens at Elsham Hall are breath taking. Even with all the rain at this Autumn wedding at Elsham Hall, it did not take away from the beauty of the place one bit. They also offer outdoor ceremonies, maybe for when the weather is a bit better! haha

  • Classic and Romantic Wedding at Hotel Cortijo Bravo, Spain

Hotel Cortijo Bravo Wedding Venue, Spain When Chantelle and Jordan got in touch about me photographing their wedding, I was SO excited! When I met them prior to the wedding they were so lovely and always up for laugh, which got me even more excited! Then when I arrived and saw the wedding venue- Hotel Cortijo Bravo, Spain in the flesh I was blown away! It really is incredible. The views surrounding this Spanish wedding venue are insane. All you can see around you are miles of avocado trees and other local fruits and it creates such a serene and stunning landscape. Chantelle worked so hard to create a really classic and romantic feel to the wedding with all the little touches including the acrylic signs and the classic white flowers. It worked perfectly with the greenery surrounding Hotel Cortijo Bravo and the traditional white Spanish buildings. Chantelle looked INSANE in her Zavana Bridal gown. I loved the shape, the low-cut neck line and the slightly nude-pink undertone. It was perfect. I mean, it doesn't take a lot for her to look stunning anyway to be honest! Haha Jordan is definitely a very lucky man. After a few days of September clouds, the sun came out for the wedding day and it made the late-afternoon ceremony even more perfect. The ceremony area at Hotel Cortijo Bravo really couldn't be more stunning with the amazing view as the backdrop. After the formalities, we went for a walk around the grounds to capture some photos of Chantelle and Jordan together. The sun was already low in the sky so the light was gorgeous and these two are just beautiful together. What more can I say? The speeches were brilliant and had everyone in fits of laughter! It was so light-hearted and a great start to the evening celebrations. We even managed to squeeze in some more couple photos with Chantelle and Jordan before their dinner and before the sun set for the night. The sky over Hotel Cortijo Bravo was pretty special and really topped off the most perfect day. Chantelle and Jordan had me cracking whilst I capture their silly sides and their humour too. The evening kicked off with the first dance and really got going when Quike Navarro- the electric violinist joined the dance floor. He was insane and really got the party going which was so much fun to be a part of! I would highly recommend having some evening entertainment that is a bit different like this! I also got to meet and work with lots of lovely Spanish Wedding suppliers (who are all listed at the bottom of this page) and in particular the lovely Paula Fallows from Perfect Spanish Weddings. I would highly recommend her if you’re planning a wedding in Spain! She is amazing and so lovely to be around and work with. Chantelle and Jordan thank you SO much for having me share your day with you both. It really was incredible and you made me feel so welcome all day. I literally had the BEST time. Here are some highlights from the day...I hope you love them!...So many more to come! The white Andalusian style building is set amongst vast fields of avocado and lime trees. Hotel Cortijo Bravo’s new ceremony area is so beautiful and really makes the most of those views. It is the ideal setting for a rural wedding in Malaga. The sunset was breathtaking and I love the outdoor terrace reception area. I can’t recommend the venue enough for looking after the couple and their guests all day as well all the suppliers. The food was immense too! The most stunning wedding at Hotel Cortijo Bravo, Spain.

  • Stylish and Elegant Wedding at Compton Verney

Stylish and Elegant Wedding at Compton Verney Nadia and Richard tied the knot in the beautiful town of Warwick this Sunday. It was a gorgeous September day with warm sunshine and a whole lot of fun and laughter. Nadia got ready at one of the private apartments at Compton Verney which was beautifully styled and perfect for a bridal suite. Nadia is so creative and super talented that she did her own make up and as always- looked simply stunning! I was totally blown away when I saw her Martina Liana dress! It is so gorgeous and the detailing and lace is insane. I absolutely love the pinky-nude tone to it too! So elegant and stylish. They married at the incredibly grand and stunning St Marys Church in Warwick town. The architecture inside and out is just insane! Nadia and Richard hired the cutest little 2 seater Morgan car to take them to and from the church which was such a classic and elegant touch. The stylish and elegant wedding reception took place at Compton Verney- a Museum and Art Gallery Park in Warwickshire. It is such a stunning location and the weather was perfect for everyone to sit outside and enjoy the relaxed drinks reception. You can 100% tell that Nadia is into fashion and design because she absolutely nailed every little detail at this stylish and elegant wedding at Compton Verney! She thought of absolutely everything and she did it so well. I loved the acrylic signs and all the little flower touches- even in the glasses of champagne. Those little details really do make all the difference. I loved the little peacock chairs set up that Nadia put together- especially with the neon light up sign. It really adds a modern feel to the classic styling! And how incredible do Nadia and Richard look together?! What a couple of absolute babes. The speeches were fantastic and were a great start to the evening. The bridal party were so much fun and when we went outside for the smoke bomb photo - it was absolute chaos but hilarious haha. It was so lovely to meet the incredibly talented Katie Ingram Photography too! And work with the lovely Nicola Joy Wedding Films.
